Fnb Health cash plan

I took out my FNB Health Cash Plan policy in 2018. Spent 11 days in hospital late in 2021. When I claimed, the Fnb staff requested the same info over and over. I sent everything, and they took a good 2 months to come back to me with a rejection. They say my claim is not covered under their policy. I realized then that I've wasted that R185 monthly premium for 3.5 years on a **** policy. Canceled it immediately. All I'm asking for is a refund of my premiums, but they declined.

Fnb is a great bank, but a ****ty insurer. Rather put your R185 monthly investment into a unit trust.
