You are as useless as Standardbank - applyign for both Cheque and Credit Card: Cheque happens and is opened, card collected - Credit Card you tell me is not FICA'd as do***ent is not clear? How in the HELL did you issue me with the Cheque account then as it was the same do***ent? You have breached FICA law and I'm going to OmBudsman and closing my new accounts with you - thank goodness FNB showed it's true colours before I moved all my existing business over
