FNB HEADACHE

I am struggling with FNB not helping me get my money back after I transferred it to an old credit card by mistake. I don't even understand why that account is still on my profile because it was closed in 2010. I keep being transferred and transferred and they will just drop the phone on you and you have to start afresh and tell the story to somebody else.
