FNB - Hay Khona ! What happened to agreeing with your client first?

Sometime in August 2016 (on a Monday) I received a SMS informing me that FNB has registered me for their "Insufficient Funds Alert". I went to their Newton Park - Port Elizabeth branch to have this cancelled since I didn't aks for it - it was merely done by FNB, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. A consult cancelled this and had me sign confirmation thereof. On the 30 August 2016, I received a SMS informing me that FNB has re-registered me for the same thing. Hay Khona FNB (Shoddy)! Whether this attract a fee or not, I do not want it. Cancel it with immediate effect and this time I am not leaving my work desk to waste my time by visiting your branch. Call me and confirm once this is done, you guys have my number! BY the way I googled that thumb down emoticon LoL.
