FNB HAVEN OF INCOMETENCE

Went to FNB LAMBTON GERMISTON ON 16/07/2019 to open Attorneys trust account. The lady that helped me indicated that she has put a hold on my account until i submit my fidelity certificate. on the 25/07/19 went to the branch with the fidelity certificate to activate the account. It turns out she opened a wrong account, an inter vivos trust account instead of Attorneys trust account.

Was told that the account will be closed. They had no idea how to open Attorneys trust account. Went back to my office office call their in-contact and opened the business and attorneys account.

received correspondence few days later to submit/email fica documents. I comp**** and on the 30/07/19 received a call that my cards will be delivered to the office. I was surprised to receive the card for trust account instead of cheque book.

Upon receiving cards tried to activate them by calling their help line. i was told that the card i received was for the wrong account that was supposed to have been closed.

No one is able to tell me what happened to my trust account opened/app**** for on the 25/07/2019.

So far i have spend four full days going to their branch and calling them to sort this mess up but no one seem to know how.

I WONDER HOW WOULD THEY BE ABLE TO ADDRESS REAL PROBLEMS/CONCERN WHEN /IF THE ACCOUNT IS TO BE ACTIVATED.

FNB STAFF IS JUST *********** AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ATTORNEYS FOR THIS BANK
