FNB have totally lost the plot.

FNB WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON WITH YOU THESE DAYS???? You completely failed to calculate / charge interest or deduct the monthly installment for my budget purchases during the month of June, so now, because YOU *****ed up, firstly, a budget purchase which should have been paid off by now has not been, and secondly, the interest this month is sky high!! Not MY fault, YOURS. And when trying to find out HWY, I get shoved from pillar to post, no one can tell me what the hell is going on, I'm on hold for all eternity AND FOR OVER THIRTEEN MINUTES all I've heard is "We're currently experiencing a higher than normal call volume" - WELL OF COURSE YOU ARE, YOU'RE MESSING WITH PEOPLE'S BANKING LEFT RIGHT AND CENTRE!!!
