FNB have the rights to break the laws of south Africa or make there own laws

If a client have passed FNB have the right to deduct money from a dead person account even after the account is been frozen and FNB somerset Mall is been informed and supp**** with all the docs such as death certificate. The relatives get told this is how it is and that it is the responsibility of relatives to get sorted out. These things just happens. Then the responsibility is been given to relatives to get sorted out even after the branch was been contacted more than once. According to law off south Africa accounts needs to be frozen and all else then there after must form part of the estate but not according to FNB
