FNB have ruined my name

I'm writing with intent to take this further! FNB Have ruined my name. Legal notice on my name! their App allows when transferring from one to another to only transfer to around 4 accounts from either credit or savings/cheque when paying for a loan (personal,temp etc). As a result they have sent legal actions, now my name is ruined!!!! To pay my temp loan it has not showed because I have a personal and covid relief and savings, because of their app my name has been ruined I have tried contacting through app and it says try again later!! Do not use FNB they ruin your name and their App does not allow you to transfer to all accounts
