FNB have phones never answer them

I have made numerous phone calls to get in touch with FNB. Do to unforeseen circumstances out of anyone's control i could not pay my fnb account and it is way past 3 years which in short means that this account is now prescribed. I urgently need my prescribed debt letter from FNB and please update your systems then
