Please see the letter I emailed regarding a deposit of a small amount I emailed regarding a deposit that malfunctioned and I never got my my money back . This was on the evening of the 26 April 2023 and they gave not done a thing about it. I don't have an account and I was discharged yesterday from JHB general. And let me tell you R30 is a lot and I need it.

My name Is Barry Sterley. Last night at 20h15 I was at the Northmead Square in Benoni at the ATM to the far left if facing all three, I had to deposit a small amount for a emergency of R30 and when I put my hand in to retrieve the R20 note and R10 note that the ATM rejected it closed on my hand and stated Device recovery After waiting until after 20 minutes past 8. The machine just returned to it's normal state as if I was not even there. I would like my R30 back ASAP. And I know they say a couple of weeks and I am going to say the same thing I said last time. Make it happen by tomorrow or I will sue the bank. I am extremely poor and could not even afford R5. But because of circumstances and helping a close friend I decided to based on the fact he would return it with interest in 24 hours. Now I am out R30 and not getting any cash from him and this affects me eating and when I don't eat I get unhealthy and I have just finished a 4 battle with cancer and I am in remission . So this needs to happen within 24 hours from now
