FNB have lost the plot.....Goodbye!

What on earth is going on at FNB? They seem to have no clue or inclination to attend to their own issues blaming clients for non payment when they don't respond to any email or phone complaint at all. I have been banking with them over 55 years and have now given up in disgust after standing in line 3 times for over an hour at the age of 76. They are disgusting!!!
