FNB hates us all

I have been a customer of FNB since June 2012. For the first two years I had no access to internet banking, so that's just to give you an idea of how little ****s I give for their excuses.

I collect a new credit card: it doesn't work. Teller shrugs. I leave. This was last week.

Friday: debit order attempts to go off and fails despite money being in my FNB account. So now when I go in resolve the fact that I can't use the card. You see, FNB doesn't care. For all they care it could be unusable for the rest of eternity and they wouldn't notice. They have no such thing as quality control.

Now I get told it's not working due to my debit order bouncing, despite the fact that it also didn't work BEFORE d/o was set to run. Of course now they'll shrug like idiots and won't sort out the problem. Oh no, it's my fault for being a customer of theirs.

Taking my business elsewhere. This is ridiculous, but of course this is just another angry rant that you don't care about. Please don't phone me and tell me how I am at fault, I realize that my debit order bounced (through no error of mine). I've drawn all my money out of the account now so you losers can't take it. I can't trust my bank.
