FNB hates their customers

I'm trying to downgrade my account. Your secure chat is horrible and agents refuse to help and keep disconnecting. If you go into my profile you'll see how many times I've tried and how many complaints I have you. I need someone to call me urgently and resolve this. For anyone thinking of using FNB, you're better off using Discovery Bank, their service is much better.
