Fnb hasn't cleared my record on paid up overdraft

Hi..I had an overdraft at FNB n I have paid it off in December, I asked Fnb 2 send a paid up letter to credit bureau because I'm trying 2 Clear my name but still nothing n 2 mke matters worse is,this is nt my 1st complaint with Fnb..I might aswel change them..im tired of their behavior towards me as a customer
