FNB HAS ZERO CARE ABOUT *****

On 29 August 2023 I requested FNB to reverse a payment made I made to a party who turned out to be a ****mer. I was given a case number and since that day, I have not heard a word from FNB. I do believe that had FNB taken my case seriously, they could have managed to reverse the funds from the ****mer's bank account. I tried calling and following up my case, and would just be passed from pillar to post. This makes me believe the theory that the lack of prompt action by big banks is a huge enabler to ****mers. I had trusted FNB for over 30 years, and I was extremely disappointed when they failed me. Not a single phone call or reply to my numerous e-mails. Everything goes into a big black hole. Being a private wealth customer of FNB means nothing! FNB does not care about anyone!
