FNB has ZERO card security, anyone can take your money

I had R 42 000 ****** out of my FNB bank account using my FNB bank card. I never use this bank card for any online purchases. I never use this bank card for any shop purchases. I never gave my card details to anyone. This money went out of my account without even a one time pin. Because of the above I come to the conclusion that FNB has ZERO online protection on their CARDS. Further more the ***** line people from FNB stated that they would take 7 days to appoint someone to investigate, also they did not SMS or email me a reference number or inform me of the exact process that is going to be followed
