FNB has yet failed again to meet its promises

i have been a victim of *****, which involved a nedbank customer. I reported the matter with the FNB ***** on the 26th of November and was told the matter would be concluded within 30days. I have called to follow up on the matter and been told it had not been allocated to an investigator, until the 6th of December when it was logged again and my 30 days was now starting from the 6th of December. An investigator was allocated to my case, but after 30 days, the matter had still not been concluded. The ***** case was a large some and the have not been able to meet my financial commitments. I have informed all my creditors that the matter would be sorted within 30 days and they gave me grace. After 30 days, still there was no word from FNB and i have been kicked out from my place to be left homeless. I was told by the investigator that my case is been given further attention as this was part of the process and this would take 14 days. 14 days have passed and still, nothing as this is the same tune i am singing to my creditors.

Today is the 11th of March 2019, i have still not received any feedback relating to the matter, case number 807546. Today is the 13th of March and I have not received any call back from FNB as promised. it is also irritating to know that for any response from FNB, i have to go via hellopeter because FNB does not wantto communicate with its client

I dont know to whome would be the right person to speak to relating to this matter as i have ran out of options
