FNB has written-off my account as bad debt

HelloPeter

I have an account at FNB listed on ITC as a default (Bad Debt Written Off) dated 2014/09/06 whereas, I have been paying this account via FNB's legal representative from September 2012 and never skipped a payment.

Actually I have three accounts which are paid via FNB's legal representatives:

(1) FNB Credit Card - Law Firm - MBD Attorney's - Paying sinceSeptember 2012

(2) FNB Revolving Credit - Law Firm - CMC Attorney's - Paying since September 2012

(3) FNB Loan - Law Firm - CMC Attorney's - Paying since September 2012.

I have been paying these accounts since end of September 2012, it is only now that the Revolving Credit is listed as a Default. Is this the official FNB policy ? After paying these accounts for 2 years.

Should I continue paying via the lawyers after 2 years? Why not FNB directly?
