FNB HAS ****TY SERVICES!!!!!!! THEIR CALL CENTER AGENTS DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING!!!!

I competed a FNB connect application online and it said in progress, this morning FNB connect tried calling me but i was in a meeting and could not answer, they then sent me a message stating that they tried calling me and i should call them back. i called back and got transferred 7 times!!!!!! the 7th time i got transferred back to sale department and they said they there is a problem with applications!!!! COULD THE 6 OTHER PEOPLE NOT TELL ME THAT!!!! i told her i understand there is an issue with applications but im returning their call they tried calling me regarding the application!!! they lady asked me to confirm all my details then she dropped the call!!!! I WAS ON THE CALL FOR OVER 25 MINS AND THEY JUST DROP THE CALL!!!!! FNB DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!
