FNB has the worst Service agents, better to use another bank that trains people on customer service so much for convenience

The service at FNB has really declined. Their service agents are pathetic ,I wonder if it's due to poor training or they just don't know anything I've experienced this on both side of business and personal banking. They advise you to make use of secure chat but those agents can't even answer simple yes or no questions
