FNB has the worst service !!

FNB sent me an email requesting information after they preach that we should not divulge personal information over email. secondly the documents they asking for i already submitted when i opened my accounts and their request is a waste of my time which they don't reimburse me for yet charge me bank charges and threaten to freeze my accounts. I wont even go to the branch but they are welcome to come collect the documents they need. They are making their compliance issues my problem and they seem to forget that they are holding my money and i can simply change to another bank, so please let me know whats going on FNB so i can change my banking details with my HR today. Because it would cost me R100 for 15 minutes of my time, energy and paper.
