FNB has the worst Private Client Service: In fact I don't why we pay for such coz it's not worth the fees we pay

The worst service received from my so-called "private banker", the guy last introduced himself to me about 2 years ago after having struggled with the previous one who wasn't active at all. I have been initiating meetings and directing quiring but there's no communication whatsoever from my private banker.

What is the point of paying high private clients fees when there is no delivery of what they promise us? FNB has no channels for customers to direct such poor service. They will transfer you from pillar to post.
