FNB has the worst possible service in the world!!!

I have been trying to open an fnb account for about 3 years. Business and personal.<br> The business account we gave up a long time ago. But since we get payments via paypal we needed fnb to withdraw the money. I got an account open. my card was active and I was able to process transactions.<br> <br> But suddenly a month later my account says it has been de-activated again and they need my ID and proof of address again!!!<br> <br> I have sent this through to fnb probably about 50 times by now and still it is a problem! how is one supposed to bank like this? they have the most useless service in the world!<br> <br> And when asking why they need it again, all the consultant was able to say was \ey i dono
