FNB has the worst call centre service for banking!

I have the worst experience with FNB customer services, first you hold forever, when you finally get through to a consultant they either have an attitude or don't know how to efficiently use their systems to assist your query, either way, you won't get any help...<br> <br> I called in to verify banking details but ended up being sent from pillar to post, department to department and 30 minutes later, still no relief....<br> <br> FNB is USELESS!!!<br> <br>
