FNB has the most frustrating call centre

You really need a lot of patience and time if you want to call them. First you are asked to enter your ID where after the 13 digits are shown attached to the 10 digits of the number you phoned on your cellphone screen. Then you are asked the last 6 numbers on your bank account which is again added on to the other 23 digits making it very difficult to verify that it was entered correctly. The chances are good that it will be wrong and there is no provision made to correct it. You then end the call and start over again. If you manage to get past this point, you are asked your pass word which is again added to this already long number. Once you have succeeded in getting to talk to a person, you are again asked for your ID. You end up being on the phone for 30 minutes for which you have to pay and being highly frustrated.

I wish I can get the FNB management to be forced to go through this frustrating experience once a day after which I am sure they will very quickly make it more user friendly. I have not encountered any other call centre that is this frustrating.
