FNB has TARNISHED my small business reputation.

I'm a photographer & have a business account with FNB which they helped me setup & for the last 3 months I've had one client paying random amounts into the account for towards her wedding scheduled for 22/06/2019.

Last night she made one last deposit which will afford us equipment rentals for her Big day only to find that FNB has placed our account on ********** Hold for one of the deposits received.

Turns out this deposit(30/05/2019) was erroneously deposited by WONGA and was intended for another account. My account was then apparently placed on hold on the 7th of June and NO ONE bothered to advise me of this. I have paid off workers/assistants with the deposit & now to my knowledge, I'm happily waiting the last payment from my client, only to find that I cannot access this, and now I'm stranded to find more equipment for her wedding. :/ :| :/

Shouldn't there be some transparency between myself and my bank about such activities?? I am beyond distraught! What level of sabotage is this? How should I explain this to a bride?? What sort of communication break down is this between a whole BANK and myself?
