FNB has such a pathetic service oh and they are *******.

FNB is living up to its name when it comes to thieving and dishing out pathetic service. Its almost 4 weeks since I logged a re advance application and when you finally complete it you add an extra month onto the term just to ***** a whole month's payment and hoping I would not notice well I did and you have been giving me a ****** run around just to resolve a date issue?? Pathetic to say the least this is not the kind of service you would expect but they are ***** and ************.
