FNB HAS PUT MY BUSINESS AT A STANDSTILL

I've noticed that FNB does not give a **** about their clients or their businesses when push comes to shove.

today I am very angry with FNB and some of its employees. I made a transaction by mistake which resulted in me losing R215,000.00 to ABI (Coca-Cola). I need that cash as my business is at a standstill without it. I then communicate with both FNB and ABI. ABI agrees that this was a mistake and assures me that they will approve the reversal of the transaction done by FNB. FNB however refuses to reverse the transaction because ABI is a public recipient. I called ABI and ABI says that they always allow these transactions with other banks so they do not understand why FNB is doing this. ABI is really going out of their way to help me as their client but I'm finding FNB and the employees on this case completely hopeless. my business is now in danger due to FNB's decision. ABI has been waiting for an email from FNB since yesterday, I don't know if FNB has sent the email since FNB is keeping me out of the loop. this is a lot of money and I'm extremely angry at FNB. the fact that Standard bank sends the relevant documents to ABI and ABI approves the reversal yet FNB can't shows me that FNB is really slacking. I've been trying to get a hold of my private banker but I'm lucky if she ever answers

my reference number for the payment reversal request is: 1- ********** 808.

This is a very urgent matter and FNB is just so passive about it. how can I say give my money back, ABI says yes please reverse this transaction and FNB say NO... does this make sense? Standard bank allows it... so why not my bank? HOW CAN I HELP YOU MY FOOT FNB. you are not helping at all ABI is better at handling my cash more than you. IM SO ANGRY
