FNB HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERIOD!

On the 18th February I lodged a complaint about the poor service am getting from FNB, after I sent in 2 faulty Blackberry phones, which FNB is now refusing to repair/replace. I have been sent from Pillar to Post and nothing has been done to resolve this matter. What is it that I must do in order to be heard, or listened to? I am really fed-up with this bank and its *********** employees.
