Fnb has not released deposit from Avis car rental

Hi FNB, I rented a car from Avis late September (30th September). The deposit has been released by Avis (I’ve got confirmation from them about this and they have sent you an additional request to release the funds) in the beginning of October but FNB is still holding onto the funds.

Please could you release the funds urgently as the process seems to be stuck on your end.
