FNB has not fixed my...
FNB has not fixed my OTP problem, according to an agent by the name of sibongile no escalation was sent to the appropriate department, this is so annoying and disappointing as I can’t access my account, I will never recommend anyone to do business with this lousy FNB, the service is horrible and unprofessional

12 Oct 2021, 15:42I’m so annoyed with your poor service and lies, you sent me a message that I updated my in contact details today, what nonsense is this, how did I do that’s without OTP number changed , what kind of business is this, you fail to resolve my query now you also lie , it’s disgusting, I will not waste my time to go to an ATM, you asked for my ID copy and I sent it yesterday, sort this mess before I cancel my account and shame you on all media platforms, I’m stuck and cannot access my account because of your unprofessional service, sort it out and stop lying
