FNB has not cleared my salary on pay day

For the first time ever FNB has let me down. I’ve been a client for more than 10 years. My salary has not cleared and this is the first time I have had this issue. My colleagues who bank with other banks have seen their salaries clear. This may cause me to change to another bank.
