FNB HAS NO WAY OF TREATING GOOD CLIENTS

In August this year FNB automatically decided that they would like to decrease my credit limit which at first i was upset and tried to resolve the issue yet all i heard from them was excuses , so i decided to leave the issue and move on with my life. This Morning i came to work and saw an email this time instead of an sms saying that they have decided to drop my limit again and the money that i had in my account is now all gone.

So FNB has now become my financial Broker in private and this i did not even know. FNB has checked and based on my credit scoring thier is no reason all why i was a target of thier campaign. I can understand the reason why they will run a campaign like this but when you manage your accounts correctly there is no reason why you should be a victim.

Whats funny is that they offered me a Private clients bank account with a limit of upto R108 000 and every day i qualify for a Temp Loan for R 8000.

The last time i considered changing banks and with what is happening now it actually makes my descision easier.

I wish that THE HEAD of CLIENT SERVICES has a look at this and understand my frustration , but the last this happened a junior level manger called.
