FNB has no time for you

Two weeks ago I was offered a bundle deal for a platinum cheque card and credit card. I was promised both products and provided them with the documents as soon as the sales call ended. It is now two weeks later and no credit card despite paying a bundle price for two products with only one in my wallet. It baffles me how quick they are to sell you products that they never actually give you. After countless emails, phone calls and empty promises there is still no response or follow up.
