FNB HAS NO T'C & C's for stop orders !!

HOW Ridiculous is this for a BANK?<br> Absolutely no-one that I spoke to at FNB can show me their Terms & Conditions applicable to placing a stop order for a specific Debit Order. The closest I get to is being referd to FNB's website if I want to read up about the T'c & C's applicable to a stop order. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO FIND IT ON THERE, Cause it does not exist!!<br> <br> Not even when you are in the process of placing a stop order are there any Terms & Conditions to read or accept!<br> FNB, Please get back to me with the relevant contact details of the FSB (As you ought to provide to me on my request) because this needs to be investigated with great urgency!!<br> <br> FNB has indirectly placed me at risk due to not making me aware of the stop order T'c & C's. And when I try and find out what they are - No one knows and just assumes the obvious !! (Still no copy can be provided to me)<br> <br> Well the obvious will now have to be investigated by the FSB. Lets see if FNB even knows what the FSB's contact details are for their / this division relating to complaints or inquiries of this nature. This needs to be escalated to the FSB as the FNB internal complaint was not resolved, let alone to my satisfaction !!
