FNB has no security, ***** is ignored.

***** on my account. Someone walked into a branch in Roodepoort and simply opened an account on my profile, ordered a card, the works. I've been trying to sort this out for over TWO HOURS and FNB simply does not care. ZERO security. I cannot even remove the account from my profile.
