Fnb has no resolution after 2 weeks.

Fnb is useless. Im so sorry but I have to call it. Customer service is seemingly on contact all day with the same useless stories and me having to explain the issue over and over. Handed over to complaint department after complaint department. With no resolution after 2 weeks. The funny thing is the client is told this printer is not for business use. If only they asked what business I am in. I am not in the printing industry. I print max 20 worksheets a week. With some book covers and enrollment forms. I am an ngo in the education sector. Instead I am told that I am basically at fault. I just want a solution. Not someone calling me 5 times a day to say they understand. U understand nothing. U are told to say these things. Its the second time now. Last time was 1 month. This time 2 weeks and running. I have no words to describe my frustration and disappointment in Fnb
