FNB has no money to stock ATMS?

What the hell is going on with FNB ATMs. I send a direct complaint via mail to you people about the fact that 3 to 4 various atms used over a short period of time had nothing less than R100 notes forcing me to experience extra costs to withdraw, preventing my children from cardless withdrawals of R50 for food on their outings (ref no. ********** ) the only response I get is it will be investigated. 3 days ago I needed R250 for a specific requirements and your ATM in Davenport Center Durban has nothing other than R200 notes forcing me to with R400 at an extra charge. I am now away on business, 5 hours from my 14 yr daughter, I send her R100 lunch money since I'm not convinced she can get anything less from your damn ATMs (more money being used again) and your machine has ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY. Your call center can not do anything but give me a ref no ********** while my child sits at the beach starving because of your uselessness. Does FNB have no cash to put into your ATMS? Has the country suddenly stopped printing currency below R100? Or tell me and all your other clients, is this just a back handed ploy to force more transaction, higher withdrawals and therefore more fees from your unexpecting clientele. You may hurt me, you may even get away with *****ing from me but now you have hurt my child and not once but a couple of times. FNB HOW CAN WE ***** YOU!!! This is the only pledge I will ever recognise from you.
