FNB has no loyalty

Makes you sad to see all the negative revies and it doesnt seem as if they even notice!

I am once again dissipointed in FNB. I app**** for a bond on a property that I own and FNB was the last to arrive to the party. They were not willing to give the amount I requested and gave me the highest interest of all the banks. We sent them the other quotes and as a loyal customer I gave them a chance to renegotiate but allas they only dropped the interest a small bit. The bank I went with (Standard Bank) gave me 30% more than FNB was willing and at an interest rate better than FNB.

I will be shopping around for another bank. How would they expect a client to remain loyal without returning the favour.
