FNB has no Freaking clue as to what they are doing
Unfortunately there is no negative stars or else FNB| would be on 10 by now./ They took my company credit card off my business profile, when I complained they said it happens at times. 2 months later it still is on my profile, no one is competent enough to help correct it. Instead of taking responsibility they blame me. They clearly do not need my money or business so I will be taking it else where, FNB is the worst.;

19 Feb 2024, 13:25FNB IS THE WORST BANK - APPARENTLY I CAN ONLY SPEAK TO A MANAGER VIA EMAIL, THAT IS SUCH A JOKE AS NONE OF THE EMAILS THAT I HAVE SENT HAVE BEEN READ, POSSIBLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY CANT READ. ANOTHER REASON COULD BE THAT THEY DO NOT WANT TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. I AM TIRED OF WASTING MY AIRTIME, WHICH BY NOW IS OVER R500. SO PLEASE IF FNB DO HAVE MANAGERS THAT CAN SORT THINGS OUT GET ONE OF THEM PLEASE TO CONTACT ME. I NEVER MESSED THIS UP YOU DID. ***
