FNB has NO customer s****s

Their consultant sat in my office the day, making endless promises as to how FNB will improve my business and save me money at the end of the day.... Therefore trusting her, I closed my business account with my bank and moved over to FNB Business Banking! I have been struggling now for over a MONTH to get my FNB App on my phone to work 100%, why promise me something if you can't deliver? The service I'm receiving from FNB will be the cause that I close this account much faster than what I opened it!!!
