FNB has no control !

My account went into arrears for less than 24hrs, cause of debt orders and simples fluctuations. I was told over the phone speaking to an FNB consultant that when this happens FNB gives out my personal details and have NO control over where and who gets it. This was his exact words !!

Now I have random debt companies CONSTANTLY phoning me, in the possession of ALL MY DETAILS. Name, Surname, ID no., cell number, alles! Telling me that I'm in debt and they would like to offer me credit, but firstly making it sound like I have an HUGE debt problem.

thanks FNB, you are rejected now, you have lost all my respect !
