FNB has never helped me please change slogan
everytime i have to ask my bank (FNB for anythign there is issues)
i have been waiting for a call from FNB Horison View and Xolani there is no calls being answered the consultant direct number does not even ring i have tried 10 times today, sent 6 mails and the response i got from Xolani Nkosi who i have been dealing with is (this is after 3 emails) Good day,
You don't answer when she calls you, she's been calling you.
i do not even have a missed call - and no one has since called back i have never been treated so badly by a bank and if my query regarding my loan is not resolved in the next 2 hours i will be moving my home loan credit cards 32 day account funeral policy everything i have had enough of FNB discriminating against me
The lady called and said she would call back by cob.. Called at 5.33pm and I said I was unable to talk they advised they would call me first thing Monday morning
