FNB HAS MY ACCOUNTS ON HOLD

On the 21st November someone reported deposited funds in my CAPITEC account which they flagged as *****ulent, CAPITEC wanted me to get an affidavit done and send proof of deposit for the funds. I did as they requested, submitted all the documents. So CAPITEC also got to question my funds that I sent to FNB , as I use FNB to save my money. Now this got FNB to put a hold on my accounts , and I have no access to any of my funds. On the 24th November , CAPITEC found that the funds not *****ulent so they opened my account. I am here telling you now , that FNB has not done the same , I have been calling and calling and calling them for the past week up today, they assigned two investigators to my accounts , Lunga BOTTOMAN and Bongani DEMBE , I have sent them proof is transfers of the funds they questioning, with even an affidavit. But still FNB has not opened my account , as I am talking to you I have been admitted to the hospital for an appendix removal, but now I can’t even send money home to make sure the kids are okay because my funds are just stuck with FNB. I don’t know why they not opening my account nor even saying what more info or documents do they need. Every time I call the ***** desk, they keep saying they’ve escalated my matter. I should be focusing on getting better , but i am not because this is really frustrating, my worry is I’ve missed deadlines of paying some of my bills , and now Monthend is also coming and they don’t even bother to call me. Please help
