FNB HAS ME GOING IN CIRLCES

I have totally had it with FNB. I have been going in circles trying to change my address on my account as well as unfreeze a new account I recently opened for my son. FNB is asking me to certify proof of address??? really everything is digital likewise FNB also email statements so are other companies. So I printed the proof of address which merely comes out like a copy. A certification is a copy of the original so I must copy a copy??? I am totally annoyed. My son now does not get his maintenance paid into his account all because I receive emailed copies of proof of address FNB has me going in circles.
