FNB has lost the plot and become useless.

I have banked with FNB for 35 years. Slowly they have lost all ability to communicate or offer any service other than what the client can do online. My account has been blocked a second time in 2 months because FNB cannot get their FICA right. I am forced to phone them on a number that they do not answer!!
