FNB HAS LOST ME AS CLIENT VERY *********** STAFF
On the 10th of December I went to FNB Bellville branch to make a new and the consultant offered me a funeral policy and I said I have a policy with Capitec she convinced me that their funeral policy is cheaper than Capitec bank we did quotes and I said I will open the policy in January the consultant said she can open the policy and the 1st debit order will come off on the 27th of January of which I agreed to. On the 6th of January 2025 the father of my my child sends stationary money and a debit order goes off FNB funeral policy, I was shocked and frustrated the following day I went to FNB I was given the phone to speak an FNB call center agent by the name of Sihle firstly that could not understand my query he then ended up saying I should go to the consultant that opened the policy for me. I was disgusted is he not representing FNB? What happened to taking ownership and treating the customer fairly and finding a resolution for the, I then asked to speak to his team leader he said he will see if the team leader is available eventually I spoke to a guy named Siphiwe and I explained the situation to him and I had advised him that the resolution I am looking for is to be refunded my money that was wrongfully deducted and for the first debit order to take place as agreed Lol Siphiwe said he will speak to his manager and get back to me what joke, was I then not speaking to a manager all this time? Today is the 8th after closing hours and I still haven't received a call back nor any sort of communication. FNB has just lost a client with its *********** staff and terrible customer service and my child is also left without stationary.
