FNB has lost it's shine

I'm really upset at the fact that I've been a customer of Fnb for many years I went through some bad time when I wasn't working and couldn't pay my temp loan and the listed my profile which I understood. But I recently got my stuff in order and I've paid off the temp loan in March and in April I got letters from both legal department and FNB to say that my loan is fully paid and my profile will be removed from the credit Bureau. So I started building up my business profile for months so I can build a credit score to get a vehicle but I recently just found out my profile is still listed and the debt that I have paid up and got letters saying I've paid up is still owing, which is really upsetting because it's really messed up my credit score. I've been going to the branch for 2 weeks and I've just been sent from pillar to post
