FNB HAS HARD RULES TO ASSIST WITH COVID 19 FUNDING YET THE MONEY IS NOT FROM FNB BUT FROM GOVERNMENT

i have tried so hard to get help form FNB for my COVID 19 business Funding. I reported the matter to every person possible and i now reported the matter to the CEO But i was turned down because my business account was in arrears . i never knew that COVID 19 will strike me in March 2020. i have a business that falls in level 1. My business is 100% owned by a female and FNB has the womens business breakfast yearly . i wonder what they have this event for when women like myself cannot be assisted. FNB advertising as follows " FNB HOW CAN WE HELP YOU". The bank should change the slogan to " WE AT FNB ONLY HELP THE HIGH FLYERS". The bank wanted my bank account to be in tip top shape as at 28/02/2020. I am a small business and i do functions as it comes through. The business banker from FNB Chatsworth Mr Maistry had never called me not a day from the time i opened my business account with him nor neither did he call me during the Lock down to see how my business doing. The funding that i requested was from the Government and not from FNB. Government was giving a guarantee . I will never recommend anyone to go to FNB. I am praying so hard for some kind person to help me save my business from closing down. My heart is in so much of pain. GOD SAVE US WHO IS SUFFERING
