Fnb has gone to the dump

I have had numerous interactions with the online chat. I am amazed that they are absolutely useless. I have app**** for different products online and never received any feedback more recently. I’ve noticed the new smart phone app is more down than up and the interface is terrible

I approach my private banker recently never get back to me.
